By accessing or using Akuzee (the 'Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Akuzee is a marketplace that connects independent tutors with students for paid online tutoring sessions. Tutors are not employees of Akuzee.

Akuzee provides the booking, payment, communication, and virtual classroom infrastructure but is not party to the educational engagement itself.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian accept these Terms on their behalf.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Tutors set their own hourly rates. Akuzee charges a flat 5% platform fee on each completed session.

Payments are processed by our payment partners. Funds are held in escrow and released to the tutor after the session is successfully completed and the cancellation window has passed.

Refunds and disputes are governed by our published refund and dispute policies.

Tutors are responsible for the accuracy of their credentials, the quality of their sessions, applicable taxes, and compliance with local laws.

Students are responsible for showing up to booked sessions on time and treating tutors and staff with respect.

You may not use the Platform to harass, defame, or discriminate; to circumvent fees by taking sessions off-platform; to share unauthorized content; or to violate any applicable law.

Akuzee may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users retain ownership of content they submit. By submitting content, you grant Akuzee a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Platform.

Akuzee branding, software, and platform content are the property of Akuzee or its licensors.

The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akuzee disclaims all warranties.

Akuzee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Akuzee is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
